Jump

The jump section of the workout simulates the feeling of uphill and downhill like mountain biking. The console lighting system shows you the proper position of the steering wheel of your hands on the rounded top of the steering wheel.

Running

The run section was developed to simulate an upright driving position as in a climb. The console directs your hands to the lower handles on the multi-position steering wheel.

Sit down

The most common position, the fully seated position, is ideal for warming up or relaxing between sprints. The console lighting system directs your hands to the outer handles of the steering wheel (or in the middle). For a relaxed stop while driving at maximum intensity, such as on a flat track in a real road cycling race.
