EASY ADJUSTMENT
You can strengthen your whole torso with this versatile attachment. The 45-degree overextension bench has an easily adjustable footrest for lifts of different heights and allows bending of about 90 degrees for range of motion. It is very stable, so as not to be distracted by swings or movements as you train.

EXERCISES WITH Ironmaster Hypercore Attachment:
OVERTENSIONS-BACK
A great exercise for your back. Place the Hypercore attachment on the Super Bench set in the flat position and adjust the footrest so that your upper abdomen is flat on the pillows and you can bend at the waist. Straighten your body and stretch your arms in front of you (or hold a weight plate if you want extra resistance). Keep your back flat and slowly bend forward in the middle until you feel your legs are stretched and you can no longer continue without rounding your back.
Slowly return to starting position and repeat. Make sure your starting position does not exceed a straight line and do not swing your torso.
ABDOMINAL
Adjust the Hypercore attachment as above. Lie on your side with one foot on each footrest and your hands behind your head. Starting with your body in a straight line, lean to the side towards your hip, which is further away from the bench. Return to a straight body position and repeat.
ROMAN CHAIR SIT UPS
Work your abs by performing sit-ups in front of Hypercore Attachment. Adjust the accessory as above and place your body forward. Complete a sitting position with your arms crossed (or holding a weight plate if you want extra resistance). Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
