CXP Target Training Cycle

Effort Guided by Color

The Target Training LED console lights up with three intuitive colors to express the effort in relation to the individual measurements: blue, for below the target range for measurement, green for achieving the road measurement target and red, for exercise that will exceed the metric target. Instructors can easily guide members of different skill levels through their training, while keeping track of effort and keeping them on track for their unique goals.

Personalized Targets

Comprehensive FTP control and a sub-max heart rate test help members set personalized goals for each rider’s fitness levels and fitness goals. Since the goals are unique to each member of your class, you can sit elite cyclists next to offline users or first-time participants and be sure that everyone will do a workout that challenges them to make measurable progress.

Metrics That Matter

The CXP Target Training console records and displays a range of measurable metrics that are necessary to create an engaging experience. You can design courses that focus on favorites, such as calories, RPM, heart rate or distance, and you can even watch watts generated with 2% accuracy. Conducting sessions that focus on different measurements keeps the cycling lessons fresh and helps members see quantitative progress with each pedal route.
