Thanks to its discreet design and the construction of a frame made of solid wood, it is ideal for a huge number of exercises and fits in any space.
Exercise on both sides: The biggest advantage of SlimBeam is that it allows you to work out only one side of your body or both, as it can be rotated and placed at any height. The ropes roll smoothly on the bearings for an ideal workout.
Silent rubber plates: The SlimBeam has 14 5kg plates, plus a base weight of 5kg. Each plate is oval in shape and comes with its own rubber casing and matte black finish to match the wooden construction perfectly.
Space saving: With a height of 215cm and a width of 40cm, the SlimBeam can be easily placed in any interior. It is fixed at 10cm from the wall and protrudes only 20cm in the room. Its base occupies less than 1 square.
Choose a ratio: 3 options You can select a different rope to get a different weight ratio. There are three options: 3: 1, 2: 1, 1: 1 ratio. Based on this ratio, the maximum load is distributed with the 15 weight plates on your body. Consult the adjacent table to see how the weight is distributed and how much weight you will feel for each ratio. Also note that the length of the rope reaches 8m (single) or 4m (double).
Numerous exercises: The deeper layers of the muscles are responsible for our musculoskeletal system, which keeps the body in balance. Individual weight training does not affect these muscles as well as pulley training. SlimBeam activates specific muscles or different muscle groups at the same time. Perform daily movements thanks to the system’s wide range of motion and rotational capabilities, improving your overall flexibility and strength.
Extension up to 8m: The SlimBeam extends up to 8m (single pulley) or up to 4m (double pulley), offering a wide variety to your program. Increasing the plates you use and changing the type of movement makes your workout more demanding.
Fully adjustable: Each exercise can be performed at different angles, increasing the number of possible exercises. Pull the pulley from top to bottom, from bottom to top, horizontally or diagonally to maximize your benefits.
Effectiveness: SlimBeam training activates the abdominal and back muscles, improving body stability. Adjusting the position of the pulley will help you target specific muscles throughout your body.
Interactive application: (Available for free): In addition to the SlimBeam manual, our application offers additional features. Just plug your tablet into the USB port and data such as weight, repetitions and range of motion will be displayed. Each exercise is accompanied by an explanatory video. Reduce the margin of error and maximize your effectiveness with the help of the virtual coach. The application provides ready-made exercise programs for each muscle group, while special graphs guide you during the movement. * The application is currently only available for Android.
