With the Ironmaster leg extension and bending accessory, you can easily place leg extensions and weights using the highly flexible Ironmaster adjustable bench.

Lying face down, the appendix is ​​used for leg bending exercises. When sitting, the brace is used for leg stretching exercises.

For greater comfort and sturdiness, Ironmaster uses foam rollers that are subjected to training to avoid injuries. They can also be adjusted to two positions to fit the trainee’s height.
