Sit or stand: The WaterGrinder wooden seat can be mounted on each side at 3 different heights. It can work both sitting and standing.
High or low strength: The hand pedals can be adjusted to 8 different positions to adjust the resistance: the smaller the rotation radius, the higher the intensity.
Front or rear: The WaterGrinder can be used on either the front or rear of the machine, and you can choose to sit or stand on the side. All positions will train the upper body chest, abdomen, back, arms and shoulders.

Competition Training: In competition mode, you will compete against a virtual or real opponent, where you must raise your predetermined number of sails as fast as possible. This workout is about winning or losing, ensuring a high-intensity workout. Depending on the program, you will be given the following parameters: rotation speed, pulse rate, time, distance, efficiency (displayed in watts) or calories per hour.
