WaterFlyWheel
How it works. The unique WaterFlyWheel is designed to reproduce the exact physical forces of a moving boat. The uniform mass of water offers authentic resistance, distributing the load evenly throughout the body. Because water is 800 times denser than air, WaterRower resistance is determined by you and varies according to the “Cubic Law”. Doubling the speed requires an eightfold increase in energy and effort. The resistance is therefore infinite and infinitely variable.
Sturdy construction
The excellent rubber “feet” offer protection for your floor and ensure that your WaterRower will not slip during exercise. The frame is made of high quality wood to withstand even the most demanding workouts.
Rolling seat
During exercise, the seat rolls silently on the rails according to your intensity. Eight abrasion-resistant polyurethane bearings ensure smooth rolling. In addition, the seat has an ergonomic cushion for maximum comfort.
Comfort
The foot placement surface offers great flexibility when you are in the ideal rowing position. Ergonomic footrests come with hold straps, which are adjustable around the foot for maximum comfort.
S4 screen
High Performance. The sleek S4 screen displays at all times all the important data of the exercise, such as speed, time, energy, calories, repetitions per minute, or distance traveled.
It can also connect to your PC and, in conjunction with the free We-Row software, bring you in touch and compete with other WaterRower owners around the world.

The software is available for free for Mac OS, Windows and Linux. The only requirements for its operation are active internet connection and a WaterRower with S4 Screen to have a USB port.
Water tank
WaterRower resistance is produced in its unique water tank. No external adjustment is required, it all depends on the movement and power of the user.
Ergonomics
Like any WaterRower, the A1 can easily stand upright on the ground, saving space after exercise.
Something more than just rowing
